D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of such Terms, or any Additional Conditions, is for virtually any cause considered invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court docket or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Conditions or the Additional Terms, and the invalidity
